Approximately 2000 were Medical Sign-In Sheet Cases. Of these we found 860 with fabricated records (approx. 35%). Most were dropped. Only eight of these cases went to trial (less than 1%).

Assisted Insurance Company Clients in saving over two million dollars, in reduced Fraudulent Claims Costs.
