Applied DNA Resources was established in 1998 to meet the expanding knowledge base needs of attorneys faced with the rapid implementation of DNA technologies in civil and criminal matters. Founded by Dr. Theodore D. Kessis, ADR strives to provide all the resources required for the litigation of cases involving DNA testing. Dr. Kessis, a former faculty member and graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, has been successfully serving the legal community since 1994. A molecular biologist by training, he has provided case consultation, review, and court qualified expert opinions in numerous cases involving Forensic DNA Analysis.
