Dr. Daniel Neuspiel has been in general pediatric practice since 1982. He has served as an expert witness in pediatric malpractice and product liability litigation since 1984. He will provide case review, narrative reports, consultations, and testimony for both plaintiff and defense. Dr. Neuspiel is board certified in both Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine, and is fellowship-trained in epidemiology.

In addition to his general pediatric practice, Dr. Neuspiel is Director of Ambulatory Pediatrics at Levine Children's Hospital of Carolinas Medical Center. His responsibilities include quality review of general pediatric care by staff pediatricians.
