Mr. Stephens has extensive experience in Tele-Communications, Commercial and Institutional projects. Hospitality Design and Local Governmental projects make up the majority of his completed work.

Mr. Stephens is a nationally recognized Expert Witness with opinions published in periodicals and on the Internet. His participation in precedent setting cases has gained him listing on the Lexis/Nexis Internet database. His practice has been computerized since the early 80's and is now 100% Computer Aided Design and Drafting. Large scale 3D visualizations for court exhibits and expert reports incorporating color photography into the text are just two common technologies used to enhance the presentation of opinions to juries, judicial panels and arbitration boards.

His innovative design work has been recognized nationally and has been displayed at the national American Institute of Architects internet webpage www.aia.org/advntch/ATM/Frame Relay. He has been a speaker at a national AIA convention about his design work.
