Created and taught the undergraduate and graduate programs in Human Factors Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science; NATO lecturer on Human Factors Engineering; contributed many articles to scientific and engineering journals and chapters to engineering reference books; referee for submissions to the international journal Accident Analysis and Prevention.
