Dick Moe has 20+ years of law enforcement experience (retiring from the US Army Military Police Corps in 1978 in grade of Lt Col). Specialties included crime prevention, security systems design, security awareness programs, drug suppression and investigations.

Following retirement from the US Army, he served as the Director of Security, Sambo's Restaurants, 1979-1980, with direct responsibility for more than 1100 restaurants and two distribution centers.

During the period 1981-1982, he was the Security Manager for Argonne National Laboratories where he was responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive nuclear security program.

From 1982- 1996 he was the Director, Assets Protection, for MetroMedia Steakhouse, Inc., with loss prevention responsibilities covering more than 1300 units, and retiring from there in 1996. He was a co-founder of The InterPro Group where he now holds the title of Executive Vice President, located in Tucson, AZ.

Dick posseses a number of certifications and awards, key among them being the designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and receipt of the Lifetime Achievement Award presented in 1988 by the National Food Service Security Council.
