All experience is in the adult institutional corrections field. Experience spans 27 years at all levels from correction officer, through all supervisory ranks to Dep. Undersheriff commanding one of the largest new generation/direct supervision facilities in the nation. Education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice/Behavioral Science and certifications in all aspects of corrections management and operations. Additionally, I am one of the first group of 40 individuals in the nation to become a nationally Certified Jail Manager by the American Jail Association.
