KETTERING INDUSTRIES, INC (OTC) – GROUP PRESIDENT Joined this start-up company in 1970 and was key to internal growth from under $5,000,000 to over $100,000,000 in sales prior to taking this company private in 1985, as one of its largest stockholders.

• President and Founder of Action Marketing Limited. This company became one of the leading designers of lottery type games/sweepstakes providing game design, legal and full service prize fulfillment and game administration.
• President and Founder VOMM Advertising Agency. A full service advertising agency whose clients included Paper-Mate, Bushnell Optical, Sunset House, as well as several national direct marketing organizations.
• President and Founder of The Kettering Group – Provided acquisition and merger consulting services to Shell Chemical, Royal Dutch/Shell, Texize, Norwich Pharmaceutical, Hoffman La-Roche, as well as many small firms attempting to develop funding and markets for new products and patents.

VICE CHAIRMAN - BRAINRESERVE, INC. Worked with Futurist Faith Popcorn on identifying future social, business and lifestyle trends and plotting their impact on a client’s business future. Assignments included projects for the Burtons Group (U.K.), Clorox, Lederle Labs, Target Stores, Johnson & Johnson, Heublein and many other well known Fortune 500 companies.

PRESIDENT / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - KLI INVESTMENTS This Indiana based holding company controlled and operated:

• National Guest Homes – Assisted Living facilities in 10 different states. Company built, staffed and managed facilities. Sold to Marriott in 1997.
• HADC – Offers design and construction services for hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s buildings, special care units throughout the world. HADC was involved in projects in 5 countries outside the United States as well as 20+ states within the US.
• Klipsch Home Theater / Speakers – Leading manufacturer and distributor of high-end audio equipment with distribution in over 700 USA retail outlets and 20+ countries around the world.
• OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY – The largest and most successful franchiser of commercial and private home doors.

Charles prides himself on being a highly energetic, face to face problem solver. After careful study, research, analysis of financial data, human resource capabilities and competitive issues, he creates his SOLUTION MATRIX. This SOLUTION MATRIX places an economic value of the benefits of each key issue and permits focus on areas individually based on their return for time / monies invested. He then organizes the available and appropriate internal / external focus to problem solve on pre-determined time lines.

After 5 years of intensive experience in Asian countries, he has learned how to manage the social, cultural and political differences to optimize business dealings for products in/out, as well as complex distribution systems.

Charles received his MBA from the N.Y.U. Graduate School of Business where he finished 3rd in a class of over 300. He received is B.S. in Economics from Brooklyn College where he also served as Captain of both their varsity Track and Soccer teams. He received the College Outstanding Athlete Award during his junior year, as well as being chosen a first team member of the Metropolitan All-Star Soccer Team. He set field records of the javelin on 17 different college fields and competed for the N.Y. Athletic Club for 4 years following his graduation.

Charles was Knighted by the Knights of Malta, O.S.J. in 1985 and has subsequently been conferred Knighthood by 6 different orders including orders from Spain and Italy. He currently serves as Worldwide Ambassador at Large for one of these orders.

Charles spends his summers at his home office in West Kill, New York and winters at his Gulf Coast offices in Florida.
