Mr. Broder has 35 years experience in security and law enforcement. A frequent speaker on security and investigations at seminars and conventions, he has been a security executive, instructor, and consultant. He is currently a vice president with Confidential Business Resources, Inc., assigned to the Risk Assessment Group. Mr. Broder has served as a special agent with the FBI, as a police advisor overseas with the U.S. State Department and as special assistant to the Chairman, Investigation Subcommittee, U.S. House of Representatives, Washington D.C. He has also been employed as a security consultant with Marsh & McLennan and for the Impell Corporation. His experience includes serving major clients in government, commerce and industry, in the following areas. The identification, review and analysis of security and investigative issues; Risk Analysis and the development of protection plans for industrial, commercial and retail establishments; Program development for executive protection. Crisis management for counter-terrorism, kidnap, extortion and workplace violence; Design engineering, planning and reviewing of anti-intrusion, and electronic access control systems; Development and review of physical security systems, internal controls, security management and training programs; Contingency planning and disaster recovery for natural and man-made emergencies and disasters; Mr. Broder holds a life time certification as a Protection Professional (CPP) from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). He also holds the designation, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the American Association of Fraud Examiners. Additionally, He is listed as a Board Certified Forensic Examiner (BCFE) and Diplomat on the National Registry of Forensic Examiners. His Career includes both domestic and international experience in security and investigations. The text in "Risk Analysis" is used extensively for Security Management Courses in universities and colleges all over the world. It is also used as a reference text at the FBI Academy. Mr. Broder is listed in the "Encyclopedia of Security Management" as one of 77 recognized security authorities in the United States.
