I am happy to help the designer or constructor to "build it right", but prepared to assist in determining the cause(s) of building envelope system failures. Forensic Investigations and Expert Witness. I provide support for attorneys in negotiating a favorable settlement, mediation, arbitration, or court. I normally visit the site to observe the conditions myself. I also review the files available and any pertinent building codes, manufacturer's literature, and industry standards. I will assist the attorney to support or defend their client's position. Roofs, walls, and below ground waterproofing systems are best designed and installed correctly. However, the quality of these systems is frequently overlooked, resulting in annoying and costly damage. I can help you to "do it right" or to identify the errors and correct the problems. In disputes, I will find the truth and advise you of the facts. |
