Dr. Nockowitz opened NPCI, based in Lima, Ohio, in March of 1999 to help meet the psychiatric needs of the Northwest Ohio region. It has grown in size and scope since then, and now runs GERICARE, a branch of NPCI focused on the neuropsychiatric needs of the geriatric population.

Expert consultation is available to oragnizations such as nursing homes and assisting living facilities, individuals seeking second opinion, and medicolegal cases requiring expert opinion or testimony.
