Max Scott

Mr. Scott originally became involved in the liquor license petitioning in 1969 as a way to supplement the GI Bill for college.

Mr. Scott has testified as an expert in numerous municipal and county jurisdictions, in county and district court actions and before the Colorado State Legislature. He has taught CLE liquor licensing seminars, consulted local liquor authorities, and is published.
