- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and former member of its Education and Examination Committee

- Charter Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
- Independent Consulting Actuary since 1978. Prior to 1978, Chief Actuary of Central Actuarial Department of a national actuarial consulting firm.
