behavioral health subsidiary. Primary scope of responsibility included direct supervision of senior operations staff, account management, provider services, and employee assistance. Re-engineered clinical/care management operations from 63 behavioral care offices to six-site regional structure. Regional Vice-President, Eastern Division 1987 to 1995 Regional position responsible for all aspects of managed behavioral healthcare in the eastern region. Primary focus was the creation of 26 professional clinical practice sites and two regional care centers. Revised clinical practice guidelines, implemented quality management programs, and developed regional provider relations strategy.
