As founder and first elected chair of the Risk Science & Law Specialty Group of the Society for Risk Analysis, Dr. Roth-Nelson maintains an active nationwide network of environmental health scientists working in the fields of toxic risk regulation and litigation.

Teaming with other scientists often has extended to fields of medical toxicology or occupational medicine where medical records are complex, airborne and groundwater contaminant dispersion modeling, and remediation technology for removal of contaminants in environmental media. HVAC and plumbing specialists may be required in Sick Building cases.
