This service was designed to provide pilots of all qualification levels the opportunity to be matched with companies looking for pilots who meet their special needs. Developed a state-of-the-art automated human resource administration system for processing applicants. A subsidiary of the Air Line Pilots Association. Company was sold.

American Airlines Aug. 1978 – May 1993 Manager, Pilot Recruitment, Personnel Resources. Responsible for hiring flight crewmembers. Developed and implemented department policies, procedures and financials. Planned and implemented advertising, pilot literature and media presentations. Developed and facilitated training sessions on interviewing skills and government regulations that apply to pilot selection.
