Max Scott, the CEO, has over 1000 hours of forensic training at the Traffic Institute of Northwestern University, IPTM of the University of North Florida, SAE, Evidence Photographers International Council (EPIC) and other institutions of the forensic sciences. Training includes crime scene forensics, bloodstain analysis, numerous areas of accident reconstruction (auto, pedestrian, motorcycle, etc.) seating position, occupant kinematics, tire and lamp forensics, forensic photography and photogrammetry.

Mr. Scott's 37 years of experience includes the investigation and reconstruction of a few thousand civil and criminal cases, many of which involved fatalities in motor vehicle accidents, and homocide (crimes of violence). Mr. Scott has testified as an expert numerous times in court cases in numerous states.

Several computer programs are used for accident reconstruction, crime scene reconstruction, annimations and diagramming via photogrammetry. the Forensic Trio maintains an extensive forensic library. Staff have bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.
