I have practiced Emergency Medicine in Anchorage, Alaska since 1994 and am a Past-President of the Alaska Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. I also hold a faculty appointment in the Department of Surgery, Division of Emergency Medicine at Stanford University Medical Center, Stanford, California.
